Summary

This bulletin is being superseded due to the replacement of gender with sex on all documentation. All other information remains the same.

The Employee Personal Page (EPP) has been modified to list a new value for Ethnicity and Race Identification (ERI), Sex, and Disability, Code 02. The new value will be displayed as Developmental Disability/e.g., Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Implementation

The 02 - Development Disability code has been modified to 02 - Developmental Disability/e.g., Autism Spectrum Disorder on the drop-down menu in the ERI, Sex, & Disability Self-Service page in EPP.

The EPP Procedure, which is available online at the NFC website, is being updated to include the information in this bulletin. To view and/or print procedures, select HR and Payroll Clients from the MyNFC drop-down menu on the NFC Home page. At the HR and Payroll Clients page, select the Publications tab and select NFC System Documentation to access the procedure.
